Written Report

 

1. Written Report must be in a one inch binder.

            It is recommended that you purchase a binder with a plastic cover.

            Purchase binder tabs (5).

            **Look as Sample Binder (in the classroom) for clarification.

 

2. It is recommended that your written report be typed.

 

3. Samples of all written report components are now posted on the internet. You may use these samples to create your own, or you may use them as your template.  Be sure to remove notes that are in ( ) and check your document for centering before you print. USE SPELL CHECK!

***Samples will be looked at in class.

 

4. Your documents should have the following:

 

            *One inch margins on all sides.

            *Double space your lines (note exceptions)

*Number your pages (this may be done neatly by hand, or your computer can be programmed to do this.

            *Use Arial or Times 12 point font

 

5. Email your teacher at any time with any questions.

 

6. Sign up for tutoring if more information or assistance is required. Tutoring Tuesday afternoons – remember to print permission form and have signed by parent.
