grades to be successful in 7^th grade science.

How? 1. Print this page (permission form)

2. Bring permission form signed by parent (this sheet)

before Monday afternoon and sign up on the clipboard in

Mrs. Russell’s room

3. Bring questions of concern to discuss with your teacher

4. Bring book, paper, pencil, and/or other materials

needed to answer all your questions.
